In 1996, when he won a contest called Miss Tourism São Paulo, and also participate in the Girl Rodeo Brazil, in Barretos, it won rebound, which earned him a contract with Ford Models, and from there, managed media exposure due to fashion shows.
In 2000, he went to work in Sabadão Country program, hosted by Gugu Liberato at SBT, and then was invited by the host for the Girl in the Bath Domingo Legal program. The framework, which bet on the sensuality of people participating, earned him an invitation to pose as the cover of Playboy, which made her known in the whole country.

Helen was invited by Silvio Santos in early 2008 to present the Fantasia program returning after a few years off the air.
